During my stay, the staff was understanding and made everything comfortable. They provided complimentary food and drink, which was unexpected. It felt nice to be looked after in such a way. I appreciate good service.

The only ice machine was on a high floor, and there was only one functioning elevator. It felt inconvenient at times.

Clean room with a great view

The room was super clean, and the king bed was comfy. Loved the view of the river! Breakfast wasn't included, and the buffet was underwhelming—cold food and slow service. The patio areas are nice, but they need to clean the furniture. At least the shuttle to the arena was a nice touch.

The front desk staff greeted us warmly, making the check-in process smooth. They also easily accommodated our request for a late check-out.

Unfortunately, the room keys were programmed incorrectly, which caused some inconvenience.

Had an awesome time with my friends! We visited the local art museum and checked out the nearby brewery. The amenities were great, especially the pool and hot tub. Heads up for future guests, the hotel is under some upgrades but was really enjoyable overall. Highly recommend it for a fun group getaway!
